iin the beginning of my 'art career' my ego was soaring with
the compliments i received. eager to turn the attention into cash
i did four posters( they're still available @ $25 for the set)

-my 'reasoning' was that if i only sold two sets per STATE
i'd break even. that was before email and for weeks i stuffed
envelopes and licked stamps in my attempt to connect with the
gay marketplace.
unfortunately i didn't and had a stack of 2000 posters to do
what with? fortune smiled, the large heavy sheets of poster paper
were perfect for my graphite technique. and so almost all of my
larger drawings are done on the back of them. it's my 'signature',
hahaha. seriously though, the paper is perfect and has not yellowed
with age as have some of my 'art paper' pieces. luck or destiny?
i always wonder:-)
